Interesting. I can't quite hit Zack Braff's face on the nail but I had to draw that stupid helmet on her head, couldn't help it. muhaa!



O that thing by Portman's head is a Hamster track...if that's what you call it. I used to wish when i was little that I could build a hamster track all around the house, it would go from room to room and outside so the hamster would be safe but could go anywhere! Of course I didn't have a track...or a hamster for that matter.

Why are you down there???

So I'm new to this blog thingamijiggy and I can't figure out why my profile wants to be all the way at the end of the page. I'm guessing it's cus my images are too big!? I thought I fixed it in the little HTML window, but sure enough, its back down there again. I'm not quite sure what to change to get it back up there. (Sorry I have no clue what I'm doing!) Any hints from the audience would be greatly appreciated.!!!

Drawing from my head

It's hard to do, but I am going back and studying anatomy-esp hands and feet. Pretty much everything, but I'm also trying to get in the habit of visualizing things in my imagination first and then drawing. I feel that I lean too much on photo ref. And it makes my images stiff and just doesn't teach me anything...

Hold on to your hats! These are going to be bad! I guess the purpose of this blog is so I can see how (hopefully) I am improving.

I did this this weekend, just for fun because the other painting I'm working on is giving me trouble. I used a mirror and I kept moving so the the drawing behind it is a little off. But it was fun. Photoshop w/tablet.
